Dr. Mohammad Heidari, Iranian by birth with German citizenship, study of the orientalism / Islam science, media science and postgraduate study of the conflict and peace science, equipped with varied experiences in the educational work, with youngsters as well as with adults, founder of the intercultural educational initiative Pro Dialog, lecturer's activity at the university of Cologne, adviser's activity with intercultural conflict cases with numerous publications. Developer of the WAIK- concept as a signpost to intercultural educational work and consultation work.

Since 1995 I work on the concept, realisation and evaluation of seminars, trainings, workshops and projects for authorities, companies, schools, training centres and associations. Beside the intercultural training seminars in the areas of communication, conflict management and cultural mainstreaming, I also offer educational seminars in cooperation with the intercultural educational initiative Pro Dialog.

In the area of the interculturally oriented youth work we accomplish media-supported seminars, trainings and workshops for the increase of the motivation and the support of the productive integration course with youngsters and young adults.

My aim as a trainer is to champion for a dialogue free of tension and a productive cooperation between the people of different origin and to make a constructive conflict treatment possible. Hence, in my seminars I am designed to provide knowledge and to raise intercultural competence.
