Intercultural communication-training

Communication is a constant process which accompanies every kind of interpersonal meeting. People need signals and codes at verbal and non-verbal level which are often misunderstood in intra-and intercultural context and lead to misunderstanding. Do you often have to fight with such misunderstandings in your professional everyday life? I help you to illuminate these mistakes and to handle with it constructively.
On the basis of impulse information and authentic case studies we clear the questions, which factors influence communication, which information and knowledge one must have and which dimensions of the communication are to be considered in intra-and intercultural context. Are you confronted with the same individual, structural-conditioned and/or organisation-conditioned communication difficulties over and over again and do you find no suitable way out? I compile with you especially on your needs co-ordinated ways and possibilities of a positive and productive communication as well as constructive conversation creation in intra-and intercultural context.

Intercultural conflict management

The contact with people of different ethnic, cultural and social backgrounds in the (professional) everyday life, leads to the conflict-afflicted situations which exceed communicative contents. You cannot often put out the reason for conflicts and, hence, do not know further? I discuss with you different kind of conflicts which are to be observed just in the intercultural context. What distinguishes these kinds of conflicts of pure communication conflicts or which connections are there? It requires exact background information to handle properly with such situations. Do you want to know what is decisive when you handle with such conflicts? I help you in the recognition, illumination and constructive treatment to allow a synergetic utilisation of such conflicts.
